music!

Updated to add: Mic Harrison and the High Score will be performing at the reception!

This week's task has been music. My wonderful neighbor, Jeff Christmas (formerly of Hudson K and now heading up the New Vernacular) has agreed to perform during the ceremony.

As for the reception, we are considering: 

The Naughty Knots (David works with Trisha Gene Brady)
The Drunk Uncles (we love these guys, but they may not be family-appropriate)
The Bearded (Matt Morelock is da bomb)
The Black Lilies (way out of our price range, but Cruz Contreras is da bomb, too)
Mic Harrison and the High Score (Mic is yet another bomb as well as a friend of David's.)


Knoxville has an amazing music scene, and we all know someone who knows someone in pretty much every band in town. This is going to be fun!
